1. General Terms

At Northern Spirit we believe in common sense and keep it simple! We want it to be fun, inspiring and especially simple to shop in our webshop. We love to get feedback from our customers on how we could improve to make the buying experience or our products even better for you. 2. To order

Orders are confirmed in writing to you via email, order is 100% confirmed once you have received order confirmation mail from Northern Spirit.

Our campaigns and offers communicated in social medias, newsletters and other channels can’t be combined with other offers, sales codes or sale items. 

This means for example that offers for our new customers coming from popups in the webshop  - can't be used at the same time as other campaigns, offers and sales in the webshop. 

3. Prices

All prices to Customers within the European Union includes Swedish VAT (currently 25%). Prices are given in EUR. Free freight above 70 EUR, on orders below this value a freight fee will be added: 10 EUR.

4. Payment

Card payment:

We currently accept VISA and MasterCard through our partner Klarna. The card payments are run through an encrypted connection to the payment switch controlled by Klarna. Together with Klarna we guarantee that the payment is 100% secure. Klarna handles all card information and comply with the PCI-DSS standards (Currently the highest security standards in the market)

Pay Pal:

In the US and in most European countries we accept Pay Pal. More countries will be added.

We are currentley overlooking new payment terms in new countires, if you have any ideas which payment options you think should be offered in your country please let us know.

Klarna (Denmark)

Choose between the following options with Klarna.

1. Shop now and get up to 30 days to pay for your order. No interest and no fees.

2. Pay in 3 equal payments, collected monthly. No interest and no fees.

3. Spread the cost of bigger purchases into monthly payments to suit you.

5. Delivery

Delivery time for Europe & Worldwide is 3-7 days and we deliever to Access Points in all the european countries. Orders placed on weekends are handled Monday morning.

We are not responsible for any duty / import / taxes / customs etc charges you may incur.

6. Freight cost

FREE FREIGHT on all orders over 70 EUR (UPS to Access Points), cost for Orders below 70 EUR is 10 EUR.

Orders over 70 EUR with USP Express is 10 EUR. 

7. Returns 

 100 days return policy!

Returns on customers expense, please contact us at support@nspirit.eu before sending your product back to us to ensure quick handeling and that we can help you as fast as possible. We will give you the correct local adress through e-mail.

When you send your items to any of our returnadresses please send us a copy of the return through e-mail and the process will go a lot easier and faster. 

Refunds will be made to the payment method you used. If you have paid with a gift card, it will always be refunded to the gift card. Amount in addition to it is adjusted either from the invoice or refunded to the debit card or paypal.

Northern Spirit follows the Swedish “Distansavtalslagen” which means that you as a customer have 14 days right to return your product. We have decided to extend that period to 30 days to make you feel even more secure when shopping in our Webb shop. If you decided to return a product it should be in it’s original condition and packed as when you received it. Please contact us by email (support@nspirit.eu) before returning the product.

Returns are sent on customers expense back to us. 

No return och change of swim- and underwear.
